This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds on purchases made through our website.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt for any reason. To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order items, as well as items that have been assembled, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Inform us of your intent to return and provide details of your order (order number, product details).
  2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as True Luxe Decor is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.


3. Refunds

  • Refund Approval: If the returned item meets the above criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the cost of the item and, where applicable, the original standard shipping fee. Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
